I worked with Tony Kwok (Co-Founder) on a role I was recruiting for. A few of the reasons that I liked his style over other agencies:His platform was great. Everything was presented nicely in a clear manner, and everyone had identical layouts making comparisons between candidates a breeze

He would only send top candidates. If there was only one to send, he would send only one. I found other agencies would send 4-5 candidates in every batch, 3-4 of them would be absolute garbage and waste my time.
