The team at Outhire has a deep understanding of the real estate industry and provided timely, honest feedback throughout every stage of the application and interview process. They are professional and genuinely eager to assist. I highly recommend Outhire to everyone!

Outhire was incredible in helping me understand the role and played a key part in preparing me for the interview process. I went through multiple rounds of interview prep, and the results were outstanding.

**What do you like best about Outhire?**

I have used many recruitment agencies, both as a hiring manager and as someone looking for the next step in their career. Outhire is by far, hands down the best.

I worked with Tony Kwok (Co-Founder) on a role I was recruiting for. A few of the reasons that I liked his style over ther agencies:

- His platform was great. Everything was presented nicely in a clear manner, and everyone had identical layouts making comparisons between candidates a breeze
- He would only send top candidates. If there was only one to send, he would send only one. I found other agencies would send 4-5 candidates in every batch, 3-4 of them would be absolute garbage and waste my time.
- Communication - Tony was always available to chat and give updates.

The person that I hired is amazing, and has been with me for 2+ years now. I get frequent comments from co-workers jokingly asking to clone him!

**What do you dislike about Outhire?**

The price is slightly higher than others, but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for. If you value your time and want to hire a QUALITY candidate, you will never look back.

**What problems is Outhire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outhire helped our team hire for an accounting position that is surprisingly hard lately to fill. We have had difficulties finding someone that would be able to fill the role, but Tony was able to find someone with ease, and also without just bombarding me with candidates.

They are still a young company so they don't have too many job openings but that helps them be laser focused on the opportunities they do have

They don't just read your resume and blindly match you to any possible role...they find out who you're about and find the best fit.

I would like them even more if they were based in Calgary.   But they're clearly connected to the Calgary scene anyway as they've placed me twice already.

Whether you're looking for a job or looking to hire excellent candidates, Outhire is the place to turn.

Outhire got to know me & my preferences and abilities better than any other recruiter ever did and found me a sweet little contract helping a company with their year-end deadlines.

None, no issues with them - issues were with the company hiring.

Outhire is solving the problem of stale & outdated interview styles by painting a richer picture of candidates so there is a higher % chance of fit.

**What do you like best about Outhire?**

I loved the way my recruiter - Lauren Kennedy is concerned about getting me a good position that fits my previous work-experience. She suggested good pointers to make my resume more saleable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family as I am sure other employees must be equally dedicated as Lauren is.

**What do you dislike about Outhire?**

Nothing - per se. Everything from a recruiter stand-point is fine. May be Outhire can get linked with more firms and companies to get information about more open position.

Majorly, helping me get a job. That is the basic benefit I am going to get.

Outhire recognizes good talent.  Prep interviews ahead of the actual interview with the potential employer.

**What do you dislike about Outhire?**

Cost of their service to employers is not cheap but I guess one needs to pay to hire the best?

**Recommendations to others considering Outhire:**

Be honest and study and prep where needed.  I took two hours to practice what I was going to say in the video before I recorded the video - time well worth it.

**What problems is Outhire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was recruited by Outhire to apply for a full-time position in my field.   Loved the way Outhire reshaped my resume so that it shone in eyes of my now employer.  The video recording was a brilliant idea that Outhire kindly gave easy instructions/links to complete.  Gary and Tony were fantastic supporters through the interview and hiring process.

It was a great experience working with Tony. He was encouraging and provided valuable insight when I was presented with an opportunity I wanted to pursue. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good opportunities and fits. I would work with Outhire again.

They are breaking the world of recruitment by personalizing the journey from job seeking to hiring. They were honest and open about the position that we were working on. I had full transparency on what the client was looking for and whether it was the best fit for me. Continued checkups after getting the job is something missing from all other recruitment firms. Outhire plays the part of support even after you have been hired.

Outhire redefined the recruiting process for the better. Their approach cuts the decision process time in half. They are consistent in producing top candidates.

I have not had any negative experience in all of my engagements with Outhire to date.

Outhire's out of the box approach is a game changer for employers. It enables interviewers to get to know the candidates ahead of an interview. At times I actually feel like I am provided with all the information needed to make the decision without the need for an interview. Their formula is proven and it truly equips employers to make the best hires.

Their process of an interview setup. It is unique and amazing!! Outhire guided me throughout every step of the interview, starting with working on my resume, sharing the job description, and detailing pros & cons; there's constant communication so that the candidate has full access to information, feedback etc..

What do I dislike? Nope, nothing that I can think of.

A mock interview just before the day with Outhire is such a blessing. It really is amazing how one performs in an interview with such mocks before. I think that boosts your morale up high!!

The whole process from first call to interview preparation was well planned. Lauren, my recruiter made me very comfortable from the first call itself. She guided me through the job descriptions, the challenges, the team, the profile - everything was discussed very transparantly and in depth.

Only the waiting times taken by the client to give revert and feedback on the candidates.

Lauren, my recruiter understands my strengths and guides me through my challenges and how they can be overcome and finds me an apt role for my qualifications and experience.

A growing recruitment agency. The number of jobs with them is limited.

They care about the candidates and ensure the experiences are communicated to the employers. The technical assessments test, mock interviews and recording videos have greatly helped.
