OuterMark Reviews & Product Details

OuterMark shows a business what an attacker sees when they look at its domain, then fixes it and keeps it fixed. It is built and run in the UK by Rosebud Cloud Solutions Ltd. The free check reads only what is already public about a domain: email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI), the website and its TLS, DNS and registration, look-alike domains, exposed services and supply chain. It runs over 40 checks in about 30 seconds, with no account and nothing to install, and gives a score out of 100 with the reasons in plain English. Four free record checkers (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MTA-STS) read one record at a time and show how to fix what is wrong. Managed DMARC takes a domain from watching (p=none) to refusing fakes (p=reject) in approved steps, with every sender named and an engineer approving each policy change, so real email keeps arriving. DMARC Reports names every service sending as the domain. Posture Monitoring re-checks the domain every night and says the day something changes. The Full Report gives every finding with a step-by-step fix, as a PDF. For MSPs, one console covers every client domain: bulk onboarding, the portal under the partner's own brand, tickets in HaloPSA or ConnectWise PSA, and partner pricing per domain. Prices, excluding VAT: the free check is free; Full Report £50 one-off per domain; Posture Monitoring £29 a month for the first domain and £9 for each one after; DMARC Reports £29 a month for 3 domains; Managed DMARC £99 a month for 3 domains plus £149 one-off setup; Scale £299 a month for up to 10 domains plus £399 one-off setup.
