Orthrus Guard Reviews & Provider Details

Orthrus Guard is a vendor-neutral IT consulting firm specializing in cloud migration, FinOps and cloud cost management, on-premises infrastructure, and Code-to-Cloud hardening for AI-generated applications. Founded by Alon Man — a DevOps and Infrastructure Manager with over 20 years of hands-on technical expertise and a decade of leadership experience — Orthrus Guard combines deep engineering knowledge with a sharp commercial lens. Every recommendation is grounded in both technical reality and business value. What we do: Cloud Migration — We assess workloads and design migration paths to AWS, Azure, or GCP that minimize downtime and risk. From workload readiness scoring and phased wave planning to post-migration validation and cost tuning. We handle lift-and-shift and re-architecture engagements. FinOps & Cloud Cost Management — Most organizations overspend on cloud. We surface where spend is going, align engineering and finance on a shared view, and build governance that makes savings structural — not one-off. Typical outcome: 20–40% cost reduction within 30 days. Our 48-hour Cloud Cost Audit ($750 fixed) identifies the top savings opportunities before you commit to a larger engagement. On-Premises Infrastructure — Cloud isn't always the answer. We design and deploy secure, scalable on-prem solutions for compliance-heavy or latency-sensitive workloads — from data center design to private cloud with OpenStack or vSphere. Code-to-Cloud — Building with AI coding tools? We take AI-generated prototypes and make them production-ready: CI/CD, observability, security hardening, and cloud deployment in a fixed 2-week sprint. Why vendor-neutral matters: We earn no referral fees and hold no vendor partnerships. Our only incentive is giving you the right advice for your situation. Our process: Discover → Design → Deliver → Optimize. We start with evidence, not assumptions. We stay accountable to outcomes, not billable hours.
