The support is a real strength: the teams are very available and the needs analysis is accurate. All this allowed us to obtain a more detailed carbon footprint assessment that is closer to reality. The carbon footprint assessment project requires quite a significant data analysis, and the teams really supported us during this phase of data collection and consolidation. **What do you dislike about Orki?** Sincerely, the only issue was the transformation of monetary data into physical data. This was not really due to Orki but simply because of the complex structure of Delta Bois trading. **What problems is Orki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orki allowed us to bring a carbon footprint assessment to our company, a basis to see the evolution following a change in our purchases (favoring short supply chains) and the impact was visible. Many developments on the platform have come directly from our discussions, and they have always made sure to make things easier for my teams. **What do you dislike about Orki?** I believe there are still improvements to be made to make the results easier to understand. For example, being able to quickly identify where differences come from compared to previous years, with a detailed breakdown by entity and module.
