OrgPlease! Reviews & Product Details

OrgPlease! is org chart software for teams that don't have or don't want to wire up an HRIS. Upload the employee list you already keep in Excel or drop in an existing PowerPoint org chart. A clean, navigable chart builds itself, with typo-tolerant matching and a review step before anything saves. Customize cards with up to 8 fields and photos. Add dotted-line (matrix) reporting. Share a live link that hides sensitive fields like salary, no login needed. Export a searchable vector PDF, a native editable PowerPoint deck, or an Excel roster. Plan reorgs on a private scenario copy, and keep a point-in-time version history. Bilingual (English + French), data hosted in Canada. Free up to 25 employees; flat plans from $19/month with no per-seat pricing.
