Ordiva Reviews & Product Details

Ordiva automates customer order entry for wholesalers and distributors. It reads purchase orders received by email, PDF (including scans), Excel and CSV, recognizes the customer, matches every line to the company's own catalog and prepares a file ready to import into the ERP. When a line is unclear, Ordiva flags it instead of guessing, and nothing reaches the ERP without the user's approval. No templates to set up for each customer, nothing to install, data hosted in the EU. Built for Italian wholesalers (electrical, plumbing and heating, hardware and industrial supplies).
