Based on my experience Oracle WebLogic is a powerful platform for deploying different kinds of applications. We use WebLogic in our company for many years, and I can say it is a good middleware choice for the corporate environment. Before Oracle WebLogic, we had many problems with a previous application server, because it used to crash often. The real power of Oracle WebLogic is its extensibility and flexibility. The concept of the Oracle Fusion Middleware including WebLogic might be simplified. There are so many choices and options available in this concept, and it would be much easier to understand the whole concept if the high-level picture is properly communicated with customers instead of all possibilities it offers.
