Linux's open-source capability has helped our organization deploy the Rise Vision Application. Having to pay for licenses for Windows would have increased our expenses and decreased our Yearly Budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Linux?

The only notable downside of Linux is the learning curve associated with moving to it from a background in Windows. This has led me to have to take time out on my own to learn and understand the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Oracle linux is a great OS"
5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Linux?

Oracle Linux is the best OS so far I have used in my entire career. It is almost the same as Red Hat Linux and you also get the same feel like you are using Red Hat Linux. The best part of Oracle Linux is their support team which is far better than Red Hat support. And moreover, it's cheaper and we are also planning to use Oracle Cloud Computing for future business plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Linux?

There is nothing which I dislike about this product. Even the support team is way ahead than RHEL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
