## About Optivian
Ollie is an AI sales co-worker for B2B sales teams. It connects to your CRM and brings together emails, calls, notes, and meeting recordings into a deal-level context layer. From there, Ollie proactively spots what needs to happen next and helps complete the work around active deals. It can draft follow-up emails, create sales collateral such as business cases, mutual action plans and value summaries, score deal health, and support MEDDPICC qualification. Ollie joins meetings and captures deal context automatically. Sales reps can work with Ollie where they already work: in Slack, Microsoft Teams, CRM, and external AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Ollie can also join meetings, record them, and turn the conversation into useful deal context.

**What do you like best about Optivian?**

The pro-active nature of 'Ollie', Optivian's sales assistant, truly combines Agent & Human to optimise for sales and productivity. The creation of suitable emails is just the start. Ollie also creates business cases and Mutual Success Plans that truly help the seller succeed. The AI interrogation means that all levels can find information at will. In addition the rating of deals and their success profile helps identify the correct deals for further action. This is an AI tool that works.

**What do you dislike about Optivian?**

Overall I am happy with it. Also happy with the support of the Optivian team. Integrations work well. Sometimes the answers to the same question can vary but I believe that is due to the timing of the questions and new information.

**What problems is Optivian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

True collaboration with sellers to optimise their success based on previous won deal successes. Ollie is a true assistant but is also a proactive one. You don't have to prompt Ollie for help - Ollie proactively provides recommended actions per deal.

**What do you like best about Optivian?**

Ollie keeps my pipeline managed and progressing through stages in a way that helps me avoid the day to day manual work of pipeline management while also helping me highlight deals at risk, deals that need the most attention, and filling in any gaps. I use Ollie to create business cases, mutual success plans, write meeting follow up emails, and find relevant success stories.

**What do you dislike about Optivian?**

Nothing, Ollie does exactly what is promised and more

**What problems is Optivian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pipeline management, deal assessment and risk mitigation, next step refinements, trends and relevant ways to improve
