It makes the most optimized routes (pun intended) versus any other routing software I have tried yet. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. Lastly the ability to track our drivers location is invaluable in our industry, as it helps us to know when orders are being completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OptimoRoute? I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't.
