optima hvac Reviews & Product Details

Optima HVAC is cloud-based HVAC analysis software designed to help contractors, engineers, distributors, and manufacturers evaluate and compare equipment replacement scenarios. Built for HVAC retrofit projects, Optima goes beyond simple one-for-one replacement by comparing equipment and technologies based on energy performance and financial results. Using hourly weather and equipment performance data, Optima simulates energy consumption and calculates operating costs, energy savings, ROI, payback, and CO₂ reductions. Users can compare rooftop units, heat pumps, VRF systems, and other HVAC solutions without building a complex whole-building energy model. Optima turns technical HVAC data into clear financial insights and professional reports, helping users demonstrate the value of higher-efficiency solutions, justify upgrades to building owners, and build stronger business cases for HVAC retrofit projects.
