## About Opsemble
One platform instead of eight subscriptions. OpSemble gives small and medium businesses a single system for the functions they usually scatter across disconnected tools: CRM and sales pipeline, project management, HR and payroll, health & safety, quality management (QMS), staff training (LMS), invoicing, inventory and team communication. Modular by design. Every module is a switch. Turn on CRM this month and add HR next quarter; pay only for the users who need each module. Pricing is public — a flat £29/month platform fee, then £6–£9 per user per month per module. Comms is free on every plan. No "contact sales", no setup fee, and hands-on onboarding from the team that builds the product. Data that actually flows. When a deal is won, OpSemble can create the project with the client attached. Hours tracked against a project feed payroll and job costing. Hiring a candidate creates the employee record, starts the onboarding checklist and assigns induction training. A finished milestone raises the invoice. One login, one record of the truth. Built for compliance-heavy work. OpSemble is strongest where the paperwork burden bites: construction contractors running risk assessments, permits to work, toolbox talks, COSHH and PPE registers with incident investigation; manufacturers running controlled documents, NCRs, CAPAs, supplier audits and approved-supplier tracking for ISO 9001; and any firm that has to prove training happened, with courses ending in signatures, certificates and a live skills matrix. Every sign-in and data change is written to a searchable, exportable audit log — evidence is a report, not a scramble. AI included, not an add-on. Every subscription includes an AI assistant that works from your real data: it drafts job ads from bullet points, screens CVs against the role with fit scores and suggested interview questions, starts incident investigations from a photo and a description, and answers questions like "who hasn't paid?" or "whose training expires this month?". UK-hosted and secure. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure with the database in the UK South region, tenant isolation, role-based permissions, optional enforced two-factor authentication and a tamper-evident audit trail. OpSemble is built by Opsemble Ltd, a UK company, for businesses of roughly 2–100 people that want the coherence of an enterprise suite at a price that makes sense for an SME.
