OppoMed Reviews & Product Details

OppoMed is a text-message recruiting platform optimized for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Meet candidates where they are. Great candidates are visiting your career page, but you never meet them because they don't apply for a job. OppoMed text recruiting changes that. It allows you to engage with potential candidates 24/7. Mobile first, true text recruiting. It's fully automated and customized to your facility. This is NOT a web-based chat bot. OppoMed technology enables your prospective candidates to text from their phone and engage with your hiring team. We start by capturing basic information from the candidate such as name, phone, email. Then we ask specific questions about the job(s) they are interested in, as well as their experience & licensure. We'll meet with you and your clinical leaders to determine exactly which questions you want to ask; and determine the desired candidate responses.
