OpenGov Budgeting & Performance Reviews & Product Details

I've learned so much & it is just my first year using OpenGov. I like how it helps me to break down each area of my department's budget so I can focus on that area only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OpenGov staff are amazing. They are responsive, creative problem solvers, and care about their customers. We are implementing several of their products and their project managers are communicative, organized, and I never have to ask anything, they are always one step ahead of me. There are so many things that it can do that there is a rather large learning curve. Although their team came to town and showed us how to utilize the most basic things and seemed very open to questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently starting using OpenGov for a municipal government to handle the City-wide budget development, evaluation and adjustments. It's a good system so that all Departments can see each others budgets and they are uploaded/entered in the same formats. If the budget office makes a city-wide change in something all corresponding budgets are updated immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the updating lags a little bit and you have to wait for each entry to post. So you can enter data in at lighting speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
