Workplace Analytics is super easy to use and allows tracking to be easily done.

**What do you dislike about OpenBlue Insights?**

It took a while to set up and get going. Once set up, it is really good.

Take the time to install it.

Analysis on what I am spending time on so I can work more efficiently.

**What do you like best about OpenBlue Insights?**

I like the fact that everything is in one pane of glass. The fact that it's also integrated to Cisco products make it very interoperable 

**What do you dislike about OpenBlue Insights?**

Mainly the price and the fact that you have to buy it as part of a solution.

**What problems is OpenBlue Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data orchestration. Enables faster data aggregation.

I like the way it breaks down the information in an easy way to understand and apply to my companies needs.

**What do you dislike about OpenBlue Insights?**

Sometimes I wish it was more customizable. 

**What problems is OpenBlue Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving on labor expenses and better able to target our customers needs.

**What do you like best about OpenBlue Insights?**

Makes monitoring teams statistics for calls, off-time, call quotas, and more, much simpler. Can easily access who is on calls, break, active, in and out times. Easily accessible and easy to figure out. Can restrict views for different employees of different levels, so different access levels.

**What do you dislike about OpenBlue Insights?**

We have had at least a few days in the last few months that there were “error” messages and staff couldn’t log into Cisco. This made routing and redirecting calls very complicated. Also have had issues with calls being forwarded to incorrect locations. 

**What problems is OpenBlue Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most significant are the call center statistics, such as wait time, call duration, number of transfer/re-directs. Also helps evaluate productivity for Auth a - time spent versus appointments made or cases authorized.

**What do you like best about OpenBlue Insights?**

This program makes has great ability on helping monitor metrics and call stats throughout the company, the reporting is pretty seamless and detailed, 

**What do you dislike about OpenBlue Insights?**

There are error messages at times as well as we have experienced slowness and app crash on many occasions 

**What problems is OpenBlue Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of metrics and reporting. It makes getting the numbers easy!
