I think viewing the product workflow (UX) through the lens of different user-types would expose some friction in the process. For example, I as a CPSO and executive may come at everything starting with our policies, and then that leads to our controls / procedures, which in turn yield the evidence for those controls. But an auditor may come at it starting with the controls and evidence. Reporting showing how all the pieces fit together would help greatly here. Having policies, controls, and evidence collection all in one place with the ability to give our auditors access to the information they need without duplicating efforts. I love the collaboration most. The partnership I've experienced with Tugboat is well above par. Beyond that the product is feature rich for the data any small firm needs to launch quickly into answering both "What matters most?" and "What does the whole journey look like?". Its interface is very complex, which often hampers the process, the customer service team is not as efficient when answering questions about problems that may arise, the fact that it has so many functions, but not Know how to simplify the processes a bit really disappoints me a bit, since it does not allow to exploit all its functionalities due to the high degree of complexity that all processes have.
