The app works great with YouTube and Facebook. Works with several platforms. Helpful and kind support. This is the only streaming platform I rely on. I use it often. Very easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Going live with Instagram got my Instagram account temporarily suspended. Some support staff are helping, but others insist there's an issue with my account security. However, my security settings have been updated for years as needed. Meta support has confirmed my account is fine, suggesting the problem may lie with how OneStream logs in. I am still able to stream using the stream key feature, but it's tedious, and the chat doesn't work through it. L

I guess what bothers me is the inconsistency in support. They are all kind, but I've been tryin' to get a fix for months now and some care and others I guess are too busy with other aspects of the platform. I don't want to say no one cares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Onestreamlive is that it gives me the most valuable thing—the freedom to go live with pre-recorded video. Therefore, I do not have to take the burden of live streaming and going blank on camera.

I plan my video, script it, edit it, and then schedule it for going live. In this manner, I plan for the next few weeks. In this way, I am consistent on the video-going-live journey. It is also live conducting the automatic webinar.

I like the quality of streaming.

The other features are also awesome, like - multistreaming, session recording, live unified chat, embed player, advance scheduling, and a dedicated web page. i uset it regularly. ease of integration is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about this is that it asks for reauthorization for platforms like Facebook and has many issues with crashing and failing to upload videos.

The interface needs more improvement, as I can see in Stream Labs Talk Studio (I took it as Melon, but the name has changed now).

The monthly cost, I feel, is high - but not an issue for me as I have taken codes from Appsumo lifetime deal.

I looked for comprable programs and landed, thankfully, on OneStream after a bit of research. The price is fair, and my expereince with the customer service included has been great - even before I signed up for a paid account. I am a little slow on figuring things out so there was a bigger learning curve for me but their customer service folks are very patient and explain things to me. I had a query I remember and I was stuck for so long a person, I guess named Shiza helped me resolve things. The customer service was great! Masoora was very patient and kept giving me new options to try. I was tired and wanted my money back but she was very persistent and told me to get some rest and retry in the morning. I had a message the next day saying they fixed the problem. It was fixed!
