## About OneShot
OneShot is an AI-powered video screening platform that helps recruiters and hiring managers evaluate candidates before the first live interview. Companies create a role, and OneShot generates tailored interview questions based on the job description. Candidates receive a link, record short video responses on their own time, and OneShot automatically transcribes, scores, and ranks each response against the role's evaluation criteria. The platform also includes an Interview Helper that joins scheduled video interviews (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) as a meeting bot, transcribes the conversation, and scores candidate answers against predefined dimensions. Recruiters receive a ranked shortlist with per-candidate scores, transcripts, and downloadable PDF reports. OneShot integrates with applicant tracking systems including TeamTailor and supports Google and Microsoft calendar connections. Data is stored in the EU and the platform is GDPR compliant.
