What do you like best about OneDirectory?

As a company using Azure AD and Microsoft 365, we were looking for a user-friendly and powerful solution to visualize and manage our employees. OneDirectory has delivered exactly that and more!

What we particularly appreciate about OneDirectory is its seamless integration with Azure AD and Microsoft 365, allowing us to easily sync and view our employee data without complicated configurations. The visual display is impressive – it enables us to quickly find employees, filter by specific attributes, and even view their contact details and roles within the organization with a single click.

The interface design is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for staff to use the tool without any training. Additionally, OneDirectory offers a few extra features that really make a difference: visualizing reports and gaining insights into the organizational hierarchy. This not only saves time but also increases transparency within our team.

What also stands out is the excellent customer service. The OneDirectory team is quick to respond to questions and offers helpful support at every step, which is incredibly valuable to us as an organization.

What do you dislike about OneDirectory?

I would like to see a feature where people can be reminded that they didn't provide a personal profile picture in Azure AD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?

New Hires find it very difficult to familiarize themselves with al the new faces in our company. Especially in these times of hybrid working. It takes a while to meet everybody in person. They are working on it, but some of the limitations are ones they inherit from AD/Entra ID -- we need a pronouns field and a little more control over adding new fields. But this is picking nits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneDirectory?

Navigating inside it is way faster and also it is not that choosy with pictures being uploaded in relation to file size. Also, sue of replicating the data from AD is timely vs employee directory before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneDirectory?

OneDirectory is focused on being an employee directory and doing it well. It has a very modern interface that is easy for any employee to use, no matter their technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneDirectory?

There isn't currently anything that I dislike about OneDirectory. Though I am looking forward to some of the upcoming features in the roadmap that will enhance the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using OneDirectory, you really get a sense of comradery with the coworkers you don't get to see often, be they in a different department or even a different state.
