I was able to identify some internal link weaknesses on a large eCommerce site fairly quickly and easily and set a strategy for improvement based on the findings. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** The price of more enterprise level / cloud crawlers can be out of reach for some, but that is a downside of any crawler of this size and all similar competitors to OnCrawl. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Technical SEO - greatly helps ease of identifying and then fixing of tech SEO issues on large sites. ### 3. This tool is a perfect blend of 2-3 other tools that I was using prior and had to jump from one to another for various reports. Here, it is in just one console which is awesome. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** It isn't anything that I dislike but I think the UI interface could use a facelift. There is certainly some scope for improvement over there. **What problems is Oncrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?** So, I have plenty of websites where I need to keep a tab on what's happening with my site, so a scheduled crawl in OnCrawl delivers timely reports and help me analyze the issues with my site. For instance, I was getting issues with the Robots.txt file which I could only figure from Oncrawl as it caught the error, I verified it with the Robots.txt tester to confirm and it ultimately came to be true. So, usually, you won't go to the tester tool to see if there is an issue. It is just easy to have these issues reported in OnCrawl. ### 4. As I couldn't cancel on my own and was told to reach out, I began with chat. I reached out on chat multiple times with no response. My message would be sent, be marked as seen, a rep would start typing, then my message would be marked as "not seen yet". This happened multiple times over a week. I reached out by email with an email provided in the Oncrawl help docs - cancel@oncrawl.com. I immediately received a failed delivery notice. I forwarded that email to hello@oncrawl with no response. After a few more failed chats, I sent an email to sales@oncrawl. I'm still waiting for a response. Whether the customer is thrilled with the service and wants to increase their subscription or would rather part ways, the Oncrawl team should treat them the same. It's highly unprofessional and creates a regretful customer that won't return. ### 9. For me the log file analysis is an amazing functionality and there are so many SEO insights to get from the crawls that it's almost too much going on :) The support team is really good, helping with complex technical queries and on several occasions, they also helped to grant extra credits for some special testing or setting up properly our settings, etc - which are not so easy sometimes, especially with very large websites like ours. I would surely recommend oncrawl to anyone and make sure to get a product demo highlighting what settings and what insights matter for you since every situation is different. **What do you dislike about Oncrawl?** There's nothing i don't really like, i think it's a great product! I had the opportunity to have direct contact with multiple people from the OnCrawl team and boy, oh boy that I understand why they've won 2019's Best SEO Software Suite awards at the US Search Awards. In this case, OnCrawl might not be for them, as it's highly customizable for your particular needs, so creating a dashboard for one particular website or user might not be appropriate for everyone.
