I use Onboard by HR Cloud for HR candidates in our three nursing supported group homes. It solves a lot of problems because it’s organized and neat, allowing everything to be in one place. I find it very user-friendly compared to the previous HR platform we used, which wasn't tech-savvy or user-friendly at all. I appreciate the little chatbot that helps guide information when I need help, as it’s really helpful to have someone there to assist. I also use features like tasks, where I can bulk assign, bulk delete, and manage terminations easily. Something that could be improved is probably within terminations or, like, deleting someone from HR Cloud. Maybe making it a little bit easier. I dislike that there is no way for us to delete forms that we use to use and no longer use.
