## About On Property
On Property is hotel operations software for GMs and owners that complements the PMS already in place. It combines document analysis, report comparison, operational tracking, compliance follow-up, guest review management, and daily hotel workflows. Owners can use Document Intelligence to summarize supported operational documents and compare reports, producing structured findings and management takeaways for review. Owner Intelligence, Compliance & Inspections, and the AI GM Brief provide additional visibility into property performance and follow-up. Daily tools include room status, arrivals and departures, issue tracking, staff workflows, owner reporting, and a persistent GM Note. The Reviews workspace organizes guest feedback and uses AI-assisted drafting to prepare guest review responses for management review before posting. On Property works alongside the hotel's existing PMS rather than replacing reservations, folios, or accounting. AI usage and file sizes are subject to limits.
