Their team is very quick to respond, not only to me but also to my employees who reach out to their Support Team. Their platform allows me to offer employees choice and control in how they utilize the budget we have available for their support. That personalization is very important to me. **What do you dislike about Officeluv?** The platform is developing, so some aspects are a little cludgy or manual. I know the OfficeLuv team will continue to improve them. **What problems is Officeluv solving and how is that benefiting you?** OfficeLuv has given me a way of providing for our distributed team. Initially it was to problem-solve for the sudden pandemic-induced all-remote team, but as we're looking toward a more flexible work environment in the future, the OfficeLuv tool and team will be part of our solution long term. ### 2. Amidst the pandemic they have helped us curate an employee shop to offer our employees a gift, which was both a very well-received experience for our employees and a time-saving experience for our team on the backend. ### 3. Large variety of products and they offer solutions. **What do you dislike about Officeluv?** sometimes things cost more there than on amazon. Which I get cause they are different sources. **What problems is Officeluv solving and how is that benefiting you?** New hire connecting via snack boxes. Office supplies, ergonomic supplies for wfh set ups, some office event boxes like for a movie night. I feel like during covid our company has realized exactly how diverse officeluv can make it self to meet our needs. ### 4.
