"Good Visibility Across Leads, Meetings, and Ongoing Opportunities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like most about Odoo CRM is that it helps me keep consultation inquiries, wellness program leads, contact details, follow-ups, meetings, and communication records organized in one place. The pipeline view is simple to use and makes it easy to see where each lead stands without checking multiple screens. I regularly use lead management, opportunity tracking, activity scheduling, meeting management, contact records, and notes. These features help me manage new inquiries, follow-up discussions, and potential program enrollments more efficiently. Having activities, meetings, emails, and lead information connected together saves time and reduces manual tracking work. I also like that scheduled activities and meetings remain visible alongside lead records, which makes it easier to plan follow-ups and keep communication organized when handling multiple inquiries at the same time.

The system also performs well during daily use. Opening lead records, updating activities, moving opportunities through the pipeline, and checking follow-up information feels smooth and responsive. Reporting and pipeline visibility are useful for reviewing ongoing opportunities and planning future communication. Another useful thing is that important information stays connected instead of being scattered across different tools, which makes reviewing previous interactions faster and helps me stay updated on ongoing activities without spending extra time searching for details. Overall, Odoo CRM offers a good balance of ease of use, straightforward implementation, useful integrations, reliable performance, and a practical number of features. I use it regularly, and it helps keep clinic-related inquiries, wellness program discussions, follow-ups, and health education outreach activities more organized and easier to manage. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I like that Odoo CRM keeps leads, activities, and communication connected, but when a lead has many meetings, notes, emails, and follow-ups attached to it, reviewing the complete history can sometimes take a little extra time. All the information is available, though I occasionally need to open multiple sections to see everything in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Flexible CRM with a bit of learning curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

i live how easy it is to customize, you can shape the pipeline exactly how your sales process works, automate follow ups and integrate it with other Odoo apps like invoicing and marketing. It feels like an all in one system rather than just CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

The downside is that it can get a bit overwhelming, especially if you are new to it. setting things up properly takes time and some features feel hidden or not very intuitive. also performance can slow down if you load it with too many modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Odoo all in one"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

It is very practical and allows you to add the applications you need for your work. We have applications for managing employee data or the projects we are working on. Additionally, it has excellent technical support and its performance is optimal for the challenges you present to it.

You can also make integrations with other applications; in our case, we use Dropbox and it adapts great. All this for a price that suits each company, as you can request applications as you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

It's not that I don't like it, but I feel they should simplify some processes that tend to be repetitive when uploading information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing for Presenting Construction Quotes Professionally"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

Hiding detailed labor and materials costs of complex construction projects when presenting quote to customers was amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Sometimes I mistakenly hit keyboard and a virtual product code was generated which did not exist in reality. Nobody in the company, not even the administrators, could delete that hypothetical product and would have stayed in the system and could cause some problems for accounting and tax purposes. "A flexible CRM if you want control and customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

Odoo CRM is extremely flexible and integrates tightly with the rest of the Odoo ecosystem. Instead of being just a standalone CRM, it connects naturally with sales, invoicing, inventory, and other business apps. That makes it powerful for companies that want a single platform to run multiple parts of their operations. The customization options and modular design are also a big advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

The flexibility can also mean a steeper learning curve compared with simpler CRMs. Some configuration and setup are required before teams get the most value from it. Documentation and support can vary depending on the implementation path, especially if a company is deploying multiple Odoo modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

Odoo CRM helps streamline the sales process by keeping leads, opportunities, and customer interactions organized in one place. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Odoo CRM can sometimes feel complex to configure and customize, particularly for organizations with unique sales processes. Some of the more advanced features may require extra setup, training, or technical expertise to use effectively, and performance can become an issue if workflows and data aren’t managed properly. "Comprehensive Features, Challenging Implementation"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I really like that Odoo CRM has a robust set of features that allow customers to add or subtract modules as needed. This flexibility helps manage our budgeting and operational costs. I appreciate how everything in Odoo ties together with the other sections, making modules like billing and projects interconnected for seamless information exchange. The ability to set up a custom dashboard is one of the best features, as it lets me focus on what I have a stake in, boosting productivity and saving time. Plus, having a full-fledged dark mode on their platform is a huge benefit for me. There are a ton of things that users can customize when it comes to the platform, making it extremely helpful in using only what you need and nothing you don't. This also helps when it comes to costs, as Odoo is a great option when it comes to users on a budget or those who don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an ERP platform. The Odoo platform is fairly open-source and customizable, but make sure that anyone you have rooting around in your system knows what they're doing. The ease of integration is something I wish were easier. Odoo has a steep learning curve when it comes to getting your team's setup completed, but once you do get the ball rolling and get the platform to a place where it's eventually usable, things get a bit easier. Our development team integrated Odoo with a couple of Google products, and the process was straightforward. I use the platform daily, and appreciate the simple, scaled-back design of the dashboard and UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

Implementation is my biggest gripe with the platform. To get set up with Odoo and get everything dialed in took us way longer than we had originally planned for it to. We still find that we tweak things as we go with some modules. We found it's easier to say that our current setup is "good enough", instead of striving for perfection. The initial setup was not great. It was lengthy, confusing, labor-intensive, and costly. It went way longer than we anticipated it would, and we needed to bring in Odoo techs to help us, despite having our own developers on our staff. What I found hard to swallow was the fact that some of the Odoo customer support and support staff that we worked with seemed like they were learning about some aspects of the platform at the same time we were. When someone takes me through a process to implement software, having them do a Google Search for answers while on a screen share without realizing it is when I knew the entire onboarding process would be a problem. And it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Odoo CRM: powerful but requires getting used to"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

What I appreciate most about Odoo CRM is its complete integration with other Odoo modules (sales, invoicing, project, marketing). This allows for the centralization of all customer information, tracking each opportunity in real-time, and automating business actions. The main advantages are: traceability of interactions, customization of sales pipelines, increased productivity of sales teams through scheduled activities, and a comprehensive view of the customer cycle without data loss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

What I find less useful in Odoo CRM is that some advanced features require the purchase of additional applications or the development of specific modules. Furthermore, the interface can seem complex for new untrained users, and advanced customization of reports requires time or technical skills. Finally, integration with some non-Odoo third-party tools is sometimes less smooth, which can slow down the complete automation of the business process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM with Room for Usability Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I find Odoo CRM to be a very powerful tool for following up with leads and managing sales. It's easy to keep track of multiple leads and know what stage they are in, which is helpful when you have several people working with you. The tool ensures we are all on the same page. I also appreciate its ability to handle email sign-ups and track communication with potential clients, assigning specific people to follow up on time. It just works well for our needs, especially in following up with leads or tracking milestones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I find Odoo CRM has a steep learning curve, which made it take a little bit of time to get used to. Some features are locked behind the enterprise plan, which I think is kind of a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive CRM with All-in-One Capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

I use Odoo CRM to manage all my business-related information like tours, sales, customer information, and accounts. I find it valuable because it provides actual visual insights, and everything is under one place, which means I don't have to buy another software subscription for sales, finance, supply chain, or marketing. I appreciate the attendance feature in HR as it's rare in CRMs. The Checkin & Checkout feature is something I wanted in my company to track who is working more and extra hours. I switched to Odoo CRM because it was more scalable than Zoho. The initial setup was quite easy. Also, expense feature here is i have observed is not in every other CRMs..so good that you have incorporated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

If I had to point out one thing, I’d say Zoho was a bit more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
