What do you like best about octonomy?

What impressed us most was the quality and reliability of the AI-generated responses. Unlike many other solutions we evaluated, octonomy is able to understand and process not only straightforward inquiries but also more complex customer requests with a high degree of accuracy. By leveraging our knowledge base as well as multiple internal data sources, the platform consistently delivers relevant, context-aware, and accurate responses across a wide range of topics.

As a result, we have been able to automate a large share of recurring customer inquiries, significantly reduce the workload of our service team, and improve response times without compromising customer experience. This has allowed our agents to focus more on high-value interactions and complex cases where human expertise creates the greatest impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about octonomy?

The biggest challenge was not the platform itself, but the preparation work required on our side. To get the best results, we first had to collect, structure, and consolidate information from various sources and ensure that our knowledge base was up to date. This required some initial effort, but it also helped us improve our internal documentation and processes. We use octonomy to automate a significant portion of our customer service operations, and we have been extremely satisfied with the results. Beyond the operational efficiencies, we particularly value octonomy's ability to continuously learn and adapt to our business needs.
