OCL Cargo is an autonomous TMS for shippers, IMMEX exporters, 3PLs, and freight forwarders moving 300+ monthly shipments in the Mexico–US cross-border corridor. Four AI agents run freight end to end: the Freight Auditor cross-checks every invoice against CFDI, Carta Porte, contracted rates, GPS, and POD before payment; the Delivery Agent captures photo, signature, and condition on every delivery; the Control Tower Agent makes carrier check calls via WhatsApp and flags exceptions in under 5 minutes; the Assignment Agent tenders loads and closes at the best rate. Agents operate your existing systems — CargoWise, Magaya, SAP, Oracle, GM Transport, or Excel — via computer use and read-only mirror accounts. No migration, no new screen to feed. Typical result: 5-7% of freight spend recovered by auditing 100% of invoices pre-payment. Published case: ~$2.5M MXN recovered in a 6-week pilot, in parallel with the client's live workflow. SOC 2 Type II infrastructure.
