## About Objects and Order
Objects and Order is a better way to work with objects. Founded in 2022 by an art historian and a creative technologist, O&O helps museum teams, collectors, and artists manage collections and create digital content in one space. Legacy arts and culture software can be clunky and frustrating, and the people that rely on it the most are so busy that there’s little time to explore better solutions. That’s why teams turn to workarounds. Unfortunately, though, spreadsheets and project management tools aren’t ideal for working with objects. You wish your old Collections Management System (CMS) could do more. But what if it isn’t going anywhere anytime soon? Objects and Order helps you do what you wish your CMS could: · Organize all the information, assets, and knowledge created around objects, across departments. · Add, update, and access object data, media, content, and project information in one space, with incredible flexibility. · Implement recognized museum and archival standards while adapting fields to your institution's specific needs, using your preferred terminology. · Create and share digital content modules (and soon, exhibitions) with your object data and media.
