Our experience with Citadel was very good, straightforward to use and get up and running, even when we had little AWS experience.

In addition to supplying compliant infrastructure, the Citadel platform allowed to us to easily set up other features like hosted zones and configure VPN access easily.

Having a contact within Citadel on-hand was an invaluable resource; he was responsive and enabled us to resolve several issues quickly that otherwise would have taken a lot longer.
