How it works ; It easily plugs into existing accounts, to determine your AWS security posture quickly, and offers auto-remediation for non-compliance. Alternatively, you can also setup a brand new environment, provisioning a best-in-class AWS infrastructure with the highest AWS security controls from day 1 using Citadel also. Overall I recommend this company's platform due to its user interface, comprehensive features and exceptional customer support team are highly knowledgeable and responsive. **What do you dislike about NX1?** Nothing major. I appreciate the company's efforts to provide a valuable experience. From what I saw, I believe they can overcome any challenges and keep improving their product. **What problems is NX1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** At our company, we rely on Citadel software to migrate our client's infrastructure to the AWS cloud and modernise their application. With Citadel we can effectively manage our resources, improving its overall visibility. Furthermore, it ensures compliance with industry regulations and best practices by implementing controls and policies which for us guarantees a secure transition into the AWS cloud. ### 2. In addition to supplying compliant infrastructure, the Citadel platform allowed to us to easily set up other features like hosted zones and configure VPN access easily. Having a contact within Citadel on-hand was an invaluable resource; he was responsive and enabled us to resolve several issues quickly that otherwise would have taken a lot longer. Citadel definitely helped us get started faster than we would have without them. **What do you dislike about NX1?** In some regards, the platform is still developing and lacks maturity, but I have every confidence that the platform will continue to improve and get better with time! **What problems is NX1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Citadel has solved the problem of having security-compliant infrastructure and having to worry about it ourselves. It allows you to start with a best-practice AWS well-architected deployment and focus on building or managing your organisation's products or services. **What do you dislike about NX1?** I haven't had any bad experiences with Citadel so far. **What problems is NX1 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to worry about creating and maintaining infrastructure as code for AWS well-architected landing zones means we can focus on applications and business value. Having a platform that keeps a lookout on compliance drift gives me peace of mind for my customers. The as-built document is a nice feature that makes my life easier. ### 4. It's all just there.
