What I like best about Nuwtonic is the support team behind it! They really came through and sorted my issue out quickly. Plus, they took the time to show me around different parts of the app so I could get a better handle on it.

I’ve worked with a bunch of support teams for different products, but honestly, I’ve never come across one this great.

On top of that, the response turn around time was fast and they really put in the effort to resolve your problems. I really believe that the support team is super important for any company, and I had a good feeling about this one, so I decided to grab an account.

The developers have been updating and completely revamping the app, creating something truly impressive.

I'm new to SEO and AIO so I did a lot of research to find a product that would work for me? I've seen that a bunch of other ones just produce a report and that's it, others would at least tell you what to do with that report but Nuwtonic is not like that. They go above and beyond and actually do the work for you by letting you connect directly to your site. This is by far my favorite part of this platform as I don't have to learn to do this myself or pay someone else to do it.

Even if did, I wouldn’t know if they were doing it right or not unless I started to rank.

Not to say that they don't make reports, but their reports are completely different. They're providing a topographical map and market gaps and the actions you need to take to improve your rankings. I have no complaints, but I think an onboarding wizard would help, especially for those new to SEO. I understand that they have completely revamped the platform, so it’s possible that they will have one soon enough.

They do offer some training and tips, but I’d really like it if they had a more hands-on approach.

They do also provide a step-by-step guide, but I really like a wizard to just ask a question and do it for me. I'm still getting the hang of SEO, you know, and maybe I've been getting lazy?

Well I like best about Nuwtonic AIO/SEO Agent is that it gives very simple and clear SEO suggestions. As a SEO Executive I don’t need to be an expert to understand what it says. It tells me what is wrong and how to fix it step by step. It also shows real data from Google Search Console so I can see what is working and what is not. “Dislike” is a strong word, but the app does have a steep learning curve. The documentation is still catching up, and integrations like webhooks are under development.
