NotionManager Reviews & Product Details

NotionManager is a local-first backup and versioning tool for Notion power users, agencies and consultants. Unlike subscription backup services, it's a one-time purchase. Your data never leaves your machine. It creates full local backups of your Notion workspace, including relational databases and linked pages. Browse and search everything locally, with no SaaS dependency and no vendor lock-in. Every backup is versioned, so you keep a reliable history over time. The core problem it solves is cascading relational deletion. In a second-brain workspace, deleting one item can silently remove linked records across databases. Most tools either can't restore relational data correctly or quietly fail on linked records. NotionManager focuses on what works today: complete local backups, local browsing/search, and versioned data you control. Built for Notion-heavy agencies and consultants who maintain client workspaces and need a backup they can hand over. Note on restore: Notion's API doesn't yet support reliable restore, and tools claiming full restore have significant limitations. As the API improves, restore will be added. Until then, NotionManager leads with local backup, local browsing/search, and versioning.
