Radar Reviews & Product Details

Radar noEixo is a Brazilian WhatsApp sales and customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses. An AI agent replies in seconds using what the business taught it (text, photos, videos and the product price catalog), asks the qualifying questions, books meetings in Google Calendar or NeetoCal, and records the order in the sales pipeline only when the required fields are complete. When a conversation needs a person, the team takes over with a ready summary of what the customer wants and what has already been said. After the sale, Radar noEixo keeps going: a won deal opens a delivery process with steps, and field visits become work orders. It also includes prospecting sequences over WhatsApp, email and SMS, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, website chat, Instagram Direct and an MCP server to configure everything from Claude. Runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Pricing is based on the number of people served per month, with no per-user fee. AI can be included in the plan or run on the company's own AI key, paying token usage directly to the provider.
