NivaDesk is order management software for businesses that make, repair or customise things to order: jewellers, watch repairers, tailors, furniture makers, engravers, print shops and design studios. Every custom order lives on a single card. The client, the quote, the deposit and balance, photos of the piece, files, due dates, the to-do list and the current stage of work sit together, instead of being spread across notebooks, spreadsheets and message threads. Core capabilities: - Custom order tracking with workflow stages you define - Client records with full order history - Quotes, deposits and payments, with profit after fees and tax - Photos, files and per-order to-do lists - Deadline reminders so promised dates are not missed - Carrier tracking for DHL, UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail - Team accounts with per-person permissions - Open Banking feed and CSV export NivaDesk runs natively on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android and in any web browser, in sync.
