"A good product but bad management"

What do you like best about Nitrogen?

I found the software helpful especially in talking about client risk and how it relates to a portfolio. It was a good baseline talking point. I was also easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nitrogen?

Nitrogen increased the cost of the main product by over 100%. The execution on the increase was terrible in messaging. They also became terrible at invoicing. I was invoiced incorrectly so many times, that they even had the CEO email me. The end result was a view of a company that lost its way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nitrogen?

Since I have to write 40 words here, I have enjoyed how difficult they make it for clients to cancel a subscription service. They are rude and arrogant. I think they have hired back all the ex-AOL online customer service reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Piece of nonsense software run by a piece of s... company. Dont expect anything. You just need to pay the bills which they believe they are entitled lifetime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
