What problems is Nimblr Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you? Common and new attacks are explained with very simple language. People are able to absorb technical information with micro courses done in a few minutes. People are able to understand CEO impersonation and other tricks and are able to verify information. They now know to call when a known legitimate person sends suspicious email, or even to not view or engage in said email all together. Employees more often mark email as junk and we have a bigger success rate with email reported as spam or malware or phishing nowadays compared to before Nimblr. The progressive ramp-up in difficulty of these phishing simulations—from simple to more sophisticated attempts—helps our team gradually improve their detection skills. I would also like to understand more about the statistics, specifically why a user's Awareness score suddenly drops. A drilldown per user on why the score is what it is would be beneficial. Although we measure the score on the company as a whole, more detailed information at the user level, including how scores are determined, is necessary especially since we rely on high awareness scores as part of our ISO27001 plan. However, I think we’re missing the ability as a partner to get reports for our customers so we can reach out to them.
