This is a major reason why we choose Nimblr, because clients are largely Swedish. - Sophos Central enabled email headers for "X-NIMBLR-PHISHING", able to quickly say if an email was sent from Nimblr originating P2 sender public IP-addresses. **What do you dislike about Nimblr Security Awareness?** - No custom ability to do own templates or make your own phishing campaign, with own domain even. - People often get reminded about courses for which maybe they did indeed click on simulation, but are not engaged or not understanding the reminders. People are able to absorb technical information with micro courses done in a few minutes. People are able to understand CEO impersonation and other tricks and are able to verify information. But I do think this will get easier overtime. We would like to see the contents of the emails to be updated more frequently, for example, the Netflix logo is an older version. The software can send the simulated attacks from ghost sender to theirselves. As head of IT it is very easy for me to view the awarness-level for any and all users, divided into categories, offices or down to individual users. The system also integrated directly with our Azure AD/Entra solution which minimized administrative work. We have never even had to be in contact with Customer Support, so I can't talk to their effeciency - but that is a good sign if anything. We now use Nimblr for every single employee in the office, and the system automatically makes sure that everyone stays up to date on end-user knowledge required to stay safe in todays environment. **What do you dislike about Nimblr Security Awareness?** The one feature I'm missing is to manually deploy/send out selected courses - and preferably to selected users/groups. Currently everything is handled autmatically. The automatic system is good 95% of the time - but sometimes it would be good to manually send out specific courses depending on what's happening in our organization. **What problems is Nimblr Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** While our software-side IT-security was perfectly adequate - our users are (as always) the weakest link. The users are constantly reminded of this with micro courses and tests with fake emails. The courses are simple to understand with its text and pictures. It is quick and easy to setup and with a license cost that is rather small compaered to the damagae a users can do if they click on unknown links on the internet or in an email.
