One of the main reasons we chose Nimblr is its support for Swedish phishing simulations, as many other platforms only offer English or German. Since most of our clients are Swedish, this feature is especially important to us. The platform is also straightforward and user-friendly. We have experienced some problems with our third-party email filter. Despite adding the reported URLs and IP addresses to the exception lists, the filter continues to catch certain simulated phishing emails. I’m really happy with Nimblr Security Awareness! The dashboard is super intuitive and gives a great overview of everything — it’s easy to track progress and see results at a glance. The training modules are straightforward and easy to access, which makes it simple for everyone to stay engaged. I also really like the different levels of phishing emails; they keep things interesting and help make the learning experience realistic and effective. Overall, it’s a well-designed, user-friendly system that makes security awareness both easy and enjoyable.

- No custom ability to do own templates or make your own phishing campaign, with own domain even.

- People often get reminded about courses for which maybe they did indeed click on simulation, but are not engaged or not understanding the reminders. Some people might have blocked the course reminder email sender even, we have no way of knowing this.

I appreciate how Nimblr Security Awareness effectively keeps security-based thinking at the forefront, encouraging our team to think carefully, such as scrutinizing email links before clicking. I love the balance it offers between educational courses and phishing simulations, which ensures comprehensive training. The progressive ramp-up in difficulty of these phishing simulations—from simple to more sophisticated attempts—helps our team gradually improve their detection skills. Some of the phishing emails repeat themselves. I would also like to understand more about the statistics, specifically why a user's Awareness score suddenly drops. A drilldown per user on why the score is what it is would be beneficial. Although we measure the score on the company as a whole, more detailed information at the user level, including how scores are determined, is necessary especially since we rely on high awareness scores as part of our ISO27001 plan. It certainly helps train my colleagues knowledge about phishing and online scams. After we started using Nimblr, then i feel confident that we are DORA-compliant in terms of educating our workforce, while also testing them with the simulations.

he reporting tools are not particularly intuitive, making it hard to identify which users require improvement or to obtain detailed insights from the available data. I also sometimes struggle with managing and customizing phishing templates, which can be a bit challenging.
