The things I like most: High success rates & stability, Our failure rate on key targets dropped dramatically after switching, especially on more protected sites. Clear, developer‑friendly APIs, The Web API is simple to integrate, and features like page interactions and structured parsing save us a lot of time writing custom logic. Good observability & control, The dashboard and analytics make it easy to monitor requests, track spend, and optimize our scrapers without digging through logs. Nimble packs a lot of features and power behind their API and it's pretty easy to use out of the box and we were able to integrate it into our existing scraping operations without much trouble. In addition, Nimble provides great support and pricing to make it a no brainer to renew our contract each year. **What do you dislike about Nimble?** A majority of what Nimble offers seems to be via their API. I'd love to have more advanced features and options available for the trickier scraping operations that require more "back and forth" page interaction than what can be achieved via an API. I'll be interested to see what else Nimble offers in the future. **What problems is Nimble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers need us to scrape web-accessible data reliably and at scale. Some of this data requires complex page interactions to obtain, as well. The intuitive API interface makes the setup process very easy, and the fully-managed service is a huge time-saver. The robust proxy network ensures reliable connections, which is crucial for eCommerce and market research. While the Essential plan limits to 10 data pipelines, the benefits far outweigh this. Customer support is great as I had to stumble through the knowledgebase to understand some usage technicalities. Nimble Proxies has significantly improved our data operations.
