Nexad is an AI-native marketing technology company, founded in 2024 and headquartered in San Francisco, California. Its flagship product is Soku AI, an autonomous marketing agent that connects to a company's advertising accounts and website and then runs the growth loop on its own: researching the market, generating and iterating ad creative, launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and ChatGPT Ads, publishing SEO landing pages, and reporting across channels. Rather than shipping another dashboard, Nexad's approach is to let software execute inside the ad platforms with a configurable level of autonomy - from observe-only, through recommend and approve, to full autopilot - with every action logged alongside the reasoning that produced it. Nexad also ships Chatbot Ad Preview and Seedance 2.0. The company raised a $6M seed round in April 2025 co-led by Prosus Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Point72 Ventures, Sequoia Capital Scout Fund, Carya Ventures and Umami Capital, and is part of a16z speedrun.
