They don't just fix problems, they prevent them. We are able to purchase our Microsoft, Adobe, Dell, HPE, Aruba and Fortinet solution through them. They have been helping us move to a Scale Computing Hyperconverged solution, and the migration has been seamless. **What do you dislike about NetWize?** NetWize sets such a high standard for IT service that it's hard to find drawbacks. **Recommendations to others considering NetWize:** If you’re considering NetWize, go for it—you won’t be disappointed. Their team is highly responsive, proactive, and committed to delivering top-tier IT support. Top notch engineers that we have been able to work with for years and we havent had to deal with new people coming and going. I have never experienced faster support in my life. **What do you dislike about NetWize?** I wish they would take us out to lunch more often :) Just joking. What is not to love about these folks? **Recommendations to others considering NetWize:** NetWize has is all and you definitely get more than you pay for with these guys. I have worked with them while at two different companies, and they offer more value for their services than anyone else. I really cherish them as a long-term partner, so if that is what you are looking for, you found the right place. **What problems is NetWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed help from an MSP that could tackle all our legacy systems and support a large non-technical staff, and NetWize has been a great partner in this. Their support is top-notch and have been able to manage all of our custom apps, in addition to Exchange Online, Sharepoint and Teams deployment. Our network has been revamped by them and is running so smooth now. ### 3. They seem to have experts in every aspect of IT. **What do you dislike about NetWize?** I love everything about NetWize. I have tired to think of a single negative, but I cannot think of anything. **Recommendations to others considering NetWize:** If you want a team that can get things done without any red tape, NetWize is the Team. We wrestled with our last MSP for too long. If you have any reservations about the MSP you are with, that is a sign you need to look elsewhere. So happy with our decision to work with NetWize. **What problems is NetWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** NetWize took over from another MSP that was not cutting it. NetWize has improved our infrastructure and implemented technology to help our business be more efficient. It is night and day different the level of service we get from NetWize compared to our old MSP. ### 4. They are so helpful, friendly, and responsive when we need them. The help with our IT planning and help us stay ahead of our compliance requirements. **What do you dislike about NetWize?** A possible downside is they dont currently offer chat support. Its not a deal breaker, but sometimes chat support is easier than email or phone call. **Recommendations to others considering NetWize:** If you have had a bad experience with in-house IT or other MSPs, contact Netwize ASAP! They have been such a blessing for our company and helped us focus on our business and not on the technology required to run it. **What problems is NetWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netwize replaced our in-house IT many years ago, and they have been a gem to work with. They manage our data center storage, servers and network. They have upgraded our security to meet compliance regulations. ### 5. When a rare mistake is made, NetWize quickly takes ownership and makes things right. **Recommendations to others considering NetWize:** NetWize is a premium Managed Service Provider and you have to experience their service to understand what I am saying. The value they provide to the organization is so much more than your typical MSP.
