What do you like best about NetWize?

NetWize offers great pricing for their premium services. They don't just fix problems, they prevent them. We are able to purchase our Microsoft, Adobe, Dell, HPE, Aruba and Fortinet solution through them. What do you like best about NetWize?

Very kind staff that doesnt make us feel dumb.

Top notch engineers that we have been able to work with for years and we havent had to deal with new people coming and going.

I have worked with them while at two different companies, and they offer more value for their services than anyone else. What problems is NetWize solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed help from an MSP that could tackle all our legacy systems and support a large non-technical staff, and NetWize has been a great partner in this. Their support is top-notch and have been able to manage all of our custom apps, in addition to Exchange Online, Sharepoint and Teams deployment. If you want a team that can get things done without any red tape, NetWize is the Team. We wrestled with our last MSP for too long. NetWize took over from another MSP that was not cutting it. NetWize has improved our infrastructure and implemented technology to help our business be more efficient. What do you like best about NetWize?

A possible downside is they dont currently offer chat support. Its not a deal breaker, but sometimes chat support is easier than email or phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
