In my role as part of the loan operations and processing team, I use NetOxygen primarily to track borrower applications, verify document completeness, and coordinate underwriting activities. NetOxygen’s loan pipeline dashboard helps me monitor all active files in real time from application intake to underwriting to closing. I work heavily with the Document Management, Tasking, and Workflow Automation modules. The system automatically assigns tasks based on loan stage, which significantly reduces manual follow-ups. The integration with our credit, LOS partners, and pricing engines is also extremely helpful. Pulling credit, verifying income docs, ordering appraisal, and sending disclosures can all be triggered directly from NetOxygen without switching systems. **What do you dislike about NetOxygen Enterprise?** The biggest challenge is the UI performance during peak hours. When multiple processors and underwriters are logged in, screens such as Loan Summary, Conditions, or Document Manager can take longer to load. Another issue is the complexity of customizing task templates. Our operations team often needs IT support just to adjust workflow steps or modify condition requirements something that would be easier if there were more drag-and-drop workflow controls. Reporting also requires refinement. Generating detailed pipeline reports or condition-level views often requires exporting data into spreadsheets to analyze trends manually. **What problems is NetOxygen Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we started using NetOxygen, our mortgage processing was scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and several different portals. With NetOxygen Enterprise, we've been able to consolidate everything into a single system of record that tracks all borrower, processor, and underwriting activities. The platform has allowed us to automate repetitive tasks like document requests, disclosures, and stage-based checklists, which has made our workflow much more efficient. It covers almost everything from initial loan applications to post closing and it does not require us to juggle through multiple platforms. Some third party credit systems do require additional coordination so that takes some more time. The portal is nicely designed so that you have an end-to-end experience.
