The end-user can virtualize their mobile network system as a service. NetAct also introduced the job vacancies for Network engineers to polish their skill set. The best thing I like is network monitoring; this feature can prevent future outages for an organization. Moreover, 4G/5G management is also possible by NetAct. Organizations can integrate the existing OSS to NetAct for lift and shift migration. **What do you dislike about NetAct?** The only downside I feel about NetAct is the support staff. Not sure if it is coincident, but I never got good support from NetAct. Secondly, I often face latency in the monitoring of 4G lite devices. Thirdly, the pricing part is too high for start-up businesses. **What problems is NetAct solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my organization, core network device unavailability was a big problem. There has been no alternative to monitor switches and routers of our organization. Then we opt for NetAct. Now we use to get health monitoring of each network device in our infrastructure. ### 3. It helps us to Handel the network elements and also helps to repair the failed or not working site. At a time different vendors can use the same site without collusion. It keeps the cost under control by using it virtually. **What do you dislike about NetAct?** The disliking thing is when we open a particular site for configuration and if the site is kept ideal for more than 5 min , without saving the configuration the site gets logged out, which leads to reconfig the things for next time. **What problems is NetAct solving and how is that benefiting you?** I config the site for testing purpose, implement a new features for sites. use the monitor for monitoring the site. To check the counters part after the testing. Parameter changing purpose. To do a mass modification of the network. To plan a management of current settings ### 4.
