NeoWork AI Reviews & Product Details

NeoWork AI is an AI-native talent assessment platform for hiring and workforce transformation. It helps companies identify the people who perform best with AI, not just those with the right résumé, by putting candidates through realistic, AI-enabled work samples drawn from the company's own context. Instead of coding tests or generic aptitude quizzes, NeoWork maps your business context into a company memory and workforce graph, diagnoses how AI is reshaping each role, and auto-generates simulated real-world tasks: the kind of open-ended work that actually happens on the job. Candidates complete those tasks using AI, and NeoWork scores both their process and their results. That makes it especially effective for open-ended, judgment-heavy roles where there's no single right answer: consultants, analysts, marketing managers, product managers, web developers, and operations, not just engineers. The result is proof of performance over pedigree: a clear signal of who can deliver 10x with AI. NeoWork AI is built by Emergences Labs, the human evaluation company for the AI era.
