What do you like best about Neocom.ai - AI-powered Guided Selling?

The admin portal allows you to put together the conversations in a very user friendly way. You can upload your on pictures, videos, icons... and you can select different types of layouts for each question and answer type. You can choose between selecting a pre-made "playbook" (this is how they call conversations) or create yours from the scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neocom.ai - AI-powered Guided Selling?

It would be awesome to be able to integrate and manage the product data feed directly from the admin portal. I think this is something they are planning to launch for the future. This would be a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neocom.ai - AI-powered Guided Selling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many of our customers have problems in their online shop with mobile users. Although most of them have responsive shops, finding a product through the filter search field with a smartphone is a very bad UX. The conversion rate for mobile users is much worse than in desktop. We came across Neocom by a request of one of our clients that intended to introduce a Guided Selling solution on their website. The goal was to lower the customer service interactions by offering their customers an advisor to pre-qualify the incoming calls. With Neocom we have successfully introduces a process that significantly reduced the incoming calls and more importantly increased the quality of the leads on the phone. To find the perfect product online is a huge problem nowadays. Consumers get lost in the huge amount of options shops provide. It feels like eCommerce is growing exponentially but shopping technologies can’t catch up. Neocom is offering solutions to make the discovery phase more joyful and direct so you reduce the touch points and self education you require in order to buy the perfect product. We had a high bounce rate and overall the conversation rate was below 5%. We received dozens of calls and e-mails everyday being rooted to the customer service team from users that didn't know what product to pick. With Neocom, we have been able to offer a solution to our visitors and help them find the product their needed. The uplift in conversation has been huge, more than 300%, we are at around 15% now!
