I would not recommend adding them to your subscription at this time. **What problems is Nearmap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nearmap helps us build estimates without having to go on site. We also can get more accurate measurements and work on new construction jobs that will be missing from other imagery sources for years. ### 2. We use it as one of our value add tools in Sales and Marketing. **What do you dislike about Nearmap?** We had an issue where there was a geofencing due to their use of Here Maps, so our staff in the Philippines ccould not use this web app. **Recommendations to others considering Nearmap:** Very recommended, this is one of the easiest software for its class **What problems is Nearmap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to do pre estimating on roofs. Since the resolution of the images are high we can do a pre take off on large projects, or take off on smaller ones ### 6.
