Captured by proprietary cameras via fixed-wing aircraft, Nearmap property intelligence is captured across North America, Australia, and New Zealand. MapBrowser displays more than 130 AI-powered data layers that identify features such as roof condition, vegetation, and construction progress directly on the imagery. Within the MapBrowser application, users can measure height, length, elevation and area, annotate and markup shareable projects, and export content for use in offline workflows. MapBrowser is used by teams that need to assess or monitor a property or site conditions remotely, replace or reduce scheduled physical site visits, track change over time, and more. ## Nearmap MapBrowser Reviews ### 1. I would not recommend adding them to your subscription at this time. **What problems is Nearmap MapBrowser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nearmap helps us build estimates without having to go on site. We also can get more accurate measurements and work on new construction jobs that will be missing from other imagery sources for years. ### 2. We use it as one of our value add tools in Sales and Marketing. **What do you dislike about Nearmap MapBrowser?** We had an issue where there was a geofencing due to their use of Here Maps, so our staff in the Philippines ccould not use this web app. **Recommendations to others considering Nearmap MapBrowser:** Very recommended, this is one of the easiest software for its class **What problems is Nearmap MapBrowser solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to do pre estimating on roofs. Since the resolution of the images are high we can do a pre take off on large projects, or take off on smaller ones ### 6. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Nearmap MapBrowser?** Nearmap's connectivity to any application that recognizes georeferenced data. **What do you dislike about Nearmap MapBrowser?** Tools for defining export areas are unconventional and could be improved.
