Interface seems intuitive (lacking every feature except a list of transactions) and onboarding is smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about N26 Bank Account? onboarding and nice UI is where all benefits end. I am writing this while I am waiting for my second support manager to reply (first one is just gone after 30 minutes). All I want is to export a PDF confirmation of the payment made to my account. There is no such option neither on website nor in the app. Every time I talk to their support it turns into a nightmare. I doubt it's because of bad people working there, likely they outsource support (like everything else) . PS. The second manager apologies for the issue and disappeared. I didn't report any issues, only asked a question and waited 30 minutes to get an answer. Still don't have one :) I am leaving this bank, my experience was terrible, beyond it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about N26 Bank Account? Open a bank account with them if you don't mind that they will not help you if problems arise. For no reason, they might block your account, giving you no reasoning other than just wait. Wait for what exactly??? Expect that you will not able to talk to anyone what ever problem you have. You can communicate them only via a chat that will tell you to wait and then wait and then wait more.... Not even contacting the two co-founders, Mr. Stalf and Mr.Tayenthal does help resolving the issue. They just do not answer. Avoid them at all costs!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Choose some other mobile banking services, there is, for instance, Revolut that even comes with multi-currency options and is also backed by deposit insurance scheme like N26 but their problem-solving capabilities are world-class. I signed up for an account, said that I'm paying taxes in 2 countries, clearly marked one of them as my current tax residency and they asked for documents for the other country. And then all hell broke loose - they couldn't confirm my account, interactions with their chat where they would just send me a template and close the chat in my face, no answers to my questions, nothing. I have all the paperwork required (for the first country) to get my account approved but they only have monkeys in their support team, they don't have people that are able to articulate an idea. I was trying to create an account with them to get my salary in Spain, but I couldn't for undisclosed/unknown reasons because there was nobody there able to explain the very basics. I opened my N26 bank account in 2017. Back then I used it privately, and in 2018, when I opened my business in and moved to Estonia, it changed into a business account. I especially like that it has a very clear and transparent UI, but the best feature imho is the "spaces" feature. It is basically like a subaccount within your account, where you can, say, save up for a certain expense, or just save money. Nothing anymore right now- but at the beginning, every little change to my account required extensive emailing and phone calls. Since I had moved to Estonia from Austria, this was slightly annoying. After my initial use when I started my first business, I now only use it as a second account option, just in case I need to make faster transfers sometime or as a flexible account option for when my Estonian account wont work. N26 has the advantage of being a "location-independent" service like Revolut. These are especially great for people living outside Europe, or who travel a lot. Since N26 fees are pretty ok and you can deduct money from cash machines worldwide fast and easy, it is my preferred option for "nomadic" periods. Also, they will provide travel insurance if needed.
