Mystique-AI Reviews & Product Details

Mystique-AI books appointments by text message. When a customer texts your business, Mystique-AI answers right away, asks the questions your business needs, offers real open times, and confirms the booking, all in one text thread. No app, no form, no booking link. It's built for service businesses whose customers would rather text: salons and barbershops, nail and beauty studios, auto detailing, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, groomers and any business that books appointments. Owners stay in control by text: approve each booking with a quick YES or let Mystique-AI book straight into the calendar, and block time or cancel from your phone. An optional dashboard shows the full calendar. Features: answers texts any time, including nights and weekends; asks only what your business needs; checks your service area by ZIP code; books with a specific staff member; holds the time while you confirm; appointment reminders; reschedules and cancellations by text; remembers returning customers; optional booking fee for no-show protection; and outreach to businesses that regularly need your service, sending that work your way. Pricing: free to start, no subscription and no monthly fee. You pay only per confirmed booking. Mystique-AI never takes payment for your services.
