AIVA Reviews & Product Details

MyBrainDev is a Croatian AI consultancy specializing in building intelligent automation systems for the hospitality and business sectors. Our flagship product, AIVA (AI Virtual Assistant), transforms how hotels interact with guests — handling reception calls, answering questions, capturing leads, and routing requests automatically in Croatian, English, and German. Built on a robust stack (Asterisk PBX, Cloudflare Workers, n8n, Supabase), AIVA integrates with existing hotel infrastructure without expensive hardware changes. The system uses advanced speech recognition, natural language processing, and text-to-speech to deliver human-like interactions at a fraction of the cost of human staff. Beyond hospitality, MyBrainDev builds custom AI workflows, RAG systems, and automation pipelines for businesses seeking to leverage AI without large development teams. We operate on a freelance/consulting model, offering flexible engagement for startups and SMEs across the EU. **Kategorije:** AI Tools, Hotel Technology, Business Automation, Virtual Assistant, Voice AI, No-Code AI **Keywords:** AI virtual assistant, hotel automation, reception AI, voice assistant, Croatian AI, AIVA, business automation, RAG system, n8n automation
