It would be very helpful if they could fill out a form and send it back through the app. The food log is not good. It does not send all my clients info to me. The programs feature allows me to design and assign programs to clients remotely, they get video tutorials for each exercise and it is relatively easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about My PT Hub? The app is great and very useful, it is in depth and provides a lot of options but it could be more user friendly. Also I cannot see a way of finding my clients progress on their individual workouts. The app notifies me whenever they complete a workout or log nutrition etc but I'd like to be able to look at the workout they completed, see if they made any changes to weights, reps or missed any exercises Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The functionality is great, its mega easy to navigate and set up, and also easy for your clients. Compare to PTD, the exercise library is a lot less. Adding custom exercises is more tedious than my experience with PTD. Excellent chat function which was just added. I have a cohesion amongst my clients that I didn't have before on my platforms. Takes a little bit to get your footing on the software, but gets easier and easier over time. The flexibility of the app is fantastic. Recommendations to others considering My PT Hub: Check them out with a trial. If you don't like it move on, but give it some time to learn the ins and outs. It's a great platform. I have better platforms for sending forms to my clients and communicating with my clients. My PT Hub has reduced my prior: Google forms, Eversign, Eventbrite, Marco Polo, and other sites or apps down to just one app. Eversign I used for on boarding with waiver and release. I would also use a PAR-Q form here. Google Forms I would create questionnaires and initial consults. I now use My PT Hub for that. Eventbrite I would make one-off events about 2-3 times per year. Now I can do that through packages in My PT Hub. I can send these directly to social platforms for purchase. Marco Polo I would use for communication and video. I now can do both on My PT Hub.
