My Optimized Route Reviews & Product Details

My Optimized Route (MOR) is a software platform that helps businesses plan, dispatch, and track multi-stop delivery and service routes. It is designed for operators who run their own routes — bakeries delivering to cafes, florists handling same-day arrangements, pet food businesses serving subscription customers, meal prep services, couriers, and trades professionals running multi-stop service calls. The platform addresses a specific operational problem. Small and mid-size delivery operations typically plan their routes manually using Google Maps or spreadsheets, taking 60 to 90 minutes each morning to sequence stops in a sensible order. They text drivers a list of addresses and hope for the best. Customers call to ask where their order is. Proof of delivery is informal or nonexistent. MOR replaces this fragmented workflow with a single platform. Operators import their stops in any way that fits their operation: a CSV upload from the morning order list, a customer address library with deduplication, or a direct sync from a connected WooCommerce store. The platform calculates the most efficient stop sequence using live traffic data and Google's routing engine, or honors a fixed sequence when delivery requirements demand a specific order. Routes are dispatched to drivers with a single click. Drivers receive their assigned routes through a native iOS application from the App Store, with Face ID authentication, integrated turn-by-turn navigation, and proof of delivery capture at the door. A web-based driver interface provides access for any device with a browser. Dispatchers monitor every active driver from a unified dashboard with 30-second GPS refresh, current stop status, and live route progress. Customers stay informed throughout the delivery via automatic SMS and email notifications, including real-time ETAs based on actual driver position. This reduces inbound "where is my order" calls and creates a professional customer experience without adding manual work for the operations team. MOR uses flat per-stops pricing rather than per-driver fees, allowing operators to add unlimited drivers and dispatchers without scaling their software costs. A free plan provides 150 stops per month with no credit card required and no expiration date. Paid plans begin at $19.99 per month and include CSV import, SMS notifications, and higher stop volumes. A 14-day trial of the Starter plan is available for businesses ready to evaluate paid features. Every plan includes proof of delivery capture (signature, photo, or QR code, all timestamped and geotagged), a REST API with Bearer token authentication for custom integrations, and unlimited team members.
