I don't look at it as problems being solved so much as opportunities to build out our full concept. Once your people get through the learning curve, it offers everything you need to run all aspects of your MLM. Display sites, back offices, genealogy, inventory, sales, commissions, taxes internal and external email and notifications. ANY item you need can be integrated. What do you like best about MultiSoft MLM Software?

MultiSoft provides a clean, efficient, and effective platform for our Advocates and Customers to conduct their business and grow their teams. MultiSoft also provides a user friendly platform for our customer service team to likewise support all field activities and growth. The MS team has been very proactive in helping us find solutions for the challenges we face in a rapidly changing industry. Their YES WE CAN attitude and support is greatly appreciated and valued. What do you dislike about MultiSoft MLM Software?

From an admin perspective, the learning curve can be challenging and the "answers" to use and set up of different functions are not always intuitive to a new user. We also need to see a significant improvement in field level reporting available to our Advocates. Our team needs to see the information that will help them grow their businesses at a glance. We also feel improved communication directly with support staff and not always through a Help Desk ticket would be very helpful. We often need information on the fly and getting that information can sometimes be a challenge. A lot of moving parts, however, the MS support team does a great job helping us navigate through the intricacies of the software and providing a quality operating system to our end users. MultiSoft has been a significant part of our steady growth in the US and the beginnings of new INTL markets even during the challenging environment of a world wide pandemic. "MarketPowerPRO - It can do whatever you need in your MLM business"

What do you like best about MultiSoft MLM Software?

It contains pretty much everything required to run an MLM sales channel (less accounting of course). There are a multitude of capabilities - it appears many have been compiled over a number of years of development. Compensation plans can be customized or used as-is. We were able to customize MPP to give special treatment to nonprofit organizations for enrollment and ongoing charges. The staff is friendly and helpful and able to accommodate almost anything you can throw at them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MultiSoft MLM Software?

As a user of Netsuite, WooCommerce, Amazon FBA and others, I find this is not intuitive in the same way. It is geared entirely to MLM businesses that typically have less than a couple of dozen products. To work in MPP, you need to not think in terms of what you know from regular e-commerce sites and the interfaces you may be accustomed to. This is different and there will be a learning curve. This program is dedicated to Multi Level Marketing. Period. The company is very professional and helpful. There are a lot of APIs. This is enabling me to have a 3rd party connect sales and inventory to my Netsuite account where I will now have real-time inventory for MPP from a location that services 3 other sales channels. Avalara has an incredible ecosystem of over 700 partnerships, and MultiSoft represents the best of what we hope for in our relationships with technology solution providers. They do an excellent job of educating their customers on the challenge of tax compliance and why automation is an incredibly valuable alternative to going at it alone. Robert and team also do a great job of maintaining and enhancing their integration with Avalara. Just recently, a mutual customer needed the additional functionality of Avalara's Beverage and Alcohol compliance solution. MultiSoft had it implemented and delivered within a matter of weeks!
